Fix LoRA folder drops not appearing without weakening engine filters.
...
Stop empty Comfy blips from freezing the LoRA cache timestamp, and refresh the picker list from Comfy on each poll. Engine tagging (flux/krea) and xaigen platform filtering stay as they were.

Keep Image v2 LoRA names and Flux/Krea chains when Comfy is asleep.

The Add picker vanished after the listing cache went empty, and switching engines wrote one stack over the other.

Add LoRA stacks with per-item strengths and named video/image generation presets so setups survive reload without mixing Klein onto MiniMax. Keep LTX Pink Cherry and xAIGen LoRAs on xAIGen, and run Recommend on Beast.
