Stop empty Comfy blips from freezing the LoRA cache timestamp, and refresh the picker list from Comfy on each poll. Engine tagging (flux/krea) and xaigen platform filtering stay as they were. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
